REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Rupshali, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can return it to us, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. No additional shipping fees will be charged for replacement of such defective or damaged products.

We follow a ‘closed box delivery’ policy to ensure product authenticity, customer privacy, and to prevent adulteration or modification.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  1. If any defect (damaged/defective/wrong product) is found upon opening the box, please inform our Customer Relationship Management Department as soon as possible with photo/video proof. Contact via inbox or Hotline: +8801716769803, Email: [email protected]. This does not apply to products with pre-declared conditions.
  2. Complaints must be registered within 3 days of receiving the product. For electronics items, replacement is guaranteed within 15 days for defective/non-functional items.
  3. If the returned product is found defect-free, it will be sent back to you under the same delivery policy, and both return and delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
  4. Used, swatched, liquid/semi-liquid, or clearance sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  5. Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, dislike of smell, texture, color, design, or style.
  6. If you mistakenly order the wrong product, exchange may be possible upon payment of return and resending costs, subject to management approval and product type.
  7. Original invoice, Rupshali packaging, and intact product packaging (where applicable) must be returned with the product.
  8. If the CRM team agrees to an exchange, all pre-steps of the product transfer must be completed within 3 days from the agreed time.
  9. For lingerie items, please consult our female consultants for sizes/measurements. Bottoms (panty) are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable, whether trialed or not.

How to Return Products:

  • Products will be picked up via a third-party courier arranged by our Customer Relationship Management department. You will not incur any cost (conditions apply).
  • Pickup may take up to 7 working days, and after receipt at Rupshali, exchange delivery may take up to 7 working days.
